Feury Solutions operates Leaguely, its organization sites, and the Bracket Bot Discord companion. This policy explains the information we handle when you visit, sign in, play, organize, or use the bot.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar. We use Discord server membership and roles to determine access to organizations. Discord handles your password; Leaguely does not receive it.
We store information you provide or create, such as profile details, game platform and identity, team and roster information, registrations, check-ins, scores, disputes, predictions, follows, feedback, announcements, messages, and uploaded images or match evidence. If you link an EA player or club, we store the link and related game statistics obtained from that data source.
We also process session and security information, such as cookies, request IP addresses, and activity or audit records. Your browser may store your language, layout, and other display preferences on your device.
How we use information
We use this information to run accounts, organizations, teams, tournaments, leagues, player profiles, standings, notifications, organization announcements and advertisements, Discord posts and direct messages, support, and abuse prevention. We use activity records to resolve disputes and protect the service.
What others can see
Player profiles, team pages, competition details, schedules, standings, and results can be public. Your player profile is public, while you can choose whether linked in-game information appears on it. Organizers and team staff can see information needed to run their competitions. Content sent through Bracket Bot may appear in Discord channels or direct messages according to the action taken.
Only submit content you are comfortable sharing with the people who can access that part of the service. Organization administrators control their own competition information and Discord communities.
Service providers and integrations
We use hosting and security providers to operate Leaguely. Discord provides sign-in and bot features. EA game data is used when you search for or link an in-game identity. These services may handle data under their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Cookies and device storage
We use cookies for sign-in, security, language choice, and interface preferences. Some preferences and unfinished organizer forms are stored in your browser. You can clear them in your browser, but blocking sign-in cookies may prevent account features from working.
Retention and security
We keep information while needed to provide the service, maintain competition history, resolve disputes, protect accounts, and meet legal obligations. Some uploaded match evidence is removed after its related competition or season ends; other records may remain as part of results and audit history. Backups may persist for a limited period after active records are removed.
We use access controls and security measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile and choose whether linked in-game information is public. To request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. Tell us your Leaguely or Discord account so we can find the data. We may verify your identity before responding. Deletion may be limited where records are needed for competition integrity, legal duties, security, or other legitimate reasons; we will explain any limit that applies.
Children, changes, and contact
Leaguely is for people permitted to use Discord under Discord's rules. If you believe a child has given us personal information improperly, contact us at [email protected].
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows when this version took effect. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
