Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Leaguely, its organization sites, and the Bracket Bot Discord companion, operated by Feury Solutions. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
Accounts and access
Sign-in uses Discord. You are responsible for your Discord account and actions taken through it. You must meet Discord's age and account requirements and provide accurate information when using Leaguely. Organization and staff access depends on approved permissions and may be removed if those permissions change.
Competitions and organizations
Organizers are responsible for their competition rules, participant decisions, scores, moderation, and the content they publish. Players and teams must follow the applicable organization's rules. Leaguely provides tools and records, but Feury Solutions does not decide ordinary competition disputes for organizers.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Feury Solutions permission to store, display, process, and share it as needed to provide the service, including public pages and connected Discord features. You must have the right to submit it and must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material. We may remove content that violates these terms or threatens the service.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse other users, manipulate results or access controls, impersonate others, disrupt the service, scrape it in a harmful way, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not send sensitive personal information through public profiles, feedback, match evidence, or Discord posts.
Connected services
Discord and EA features depend on those services and their rules. You are responsible for complying with their terms. We cannot guarantee that their data, connections, or services will always be available or accurate.
Availability and responsibility
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service or address misuse. We aim to keep Leaguely available and accurate, but competition data and third-party feeds can contain errors or interruptions. Review important results and decisions before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Feury Solutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. To request your data or its deletion, email [email protected]. We may update these terms and will post the new version with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
